Learning to identify different feelings and emotions is a tricky skill!  This week, we will be discussing a variety of emotions that many of us experience each day.  Once we begin to recognize and understand what it is that we are feeling, we can learn how to express ourselves in healthy and positive ways.
Weekly Reminders!
  • Monday, November 2:  We will begin taking up a collection for our Thanksgiving food drive!  We will be accepting donations through Friday, November 20.  If your child would like to bring any non-perishable items to donate to the food drive, there will be a box in each classroom and a contest to see which class can get theirs the fullest!  Everything will be donated to the Billings Food Bank on Monday, November 23.

This week, our main focus will be on our community and how each and every person plays a vital role in order for it to function properly.  We will discuss the many ways in which our lives would be different if we didn't have police officers, doctors, nurses, fire fighters, farmers, teachers, librarians, coaches for our favorite sports, volunteers who give back in a variety of ways, and all the other individuals who help our community to be what it is.  Big or small, every person plays a role in the lives of others, and we are grateful for that!
